Your information is used solely to provide the core functionality of the app, including:

• converting audio recordings into text through transcription
• generating dream insights and interpretations
• saving and displaying your dream history within the app

4. AI Processing And Third-Party Services

To provide transcription and insights, Eluna uses secure third-party AI services, including OpenAI.

When you choose to use these features:

• your audio recordings and/or text entries may be securely transmitted to these services
• data is processed only for the purpose of providing transcription and insights
• data is not used by us for advertising or user profiling

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage

• Your dream data is stored locally on your device by default
• We do not maintain a central database of your personal dream content
• If cloud features are introduced in the future, you will be clearly informed and given control

6. Data Retention

• You control your data
• You can edit or delete your dream entries at any time within the app
• Deleted data is removed from your device storage

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

• secure transmission, such as HTTPS, when communicating with AI services
• minimising data collection to only what is necessary

However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8. Your Privacy Choices

You can:

• choose whether or not to use transcription or interpretation features
• delete your data at any time
• use the app without creating an account

9. Children's Privacy

Eluna is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
